A rugged voyage across Argyll's hidden waters.
This intricately detailed, one-of-a-kind sailboat pendant is a true testament to the creative reuse of ocean treasures. Hand-beachcombed from the shores of the Cowal Peninsula, authentic brown and green sea glass pieces form the robust hull and sails. Joining the voyage is a fragment of found sea pottery, featuring a beautiful vintage red-brown floral pattern.
To create this durable, story-driven design, the individual elements were first joined using a durable epoxy putty, then robustly wire-wrapped with sterling silver wire to ensure they endure as a wearable keepsake. Finally, the entire pendant was sealed in high-strength resin for extra durability and to protect the delicate details.
Suspended from a standard 45cm fine sterling silver chain, this necklace is an unbreakable anchor to the Secret Coast, perfect for anyone who loves the rugged beauty of Scotland’s maritime history.
