How long does my order take to ship?

Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged by hand before being sent via Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days within the UK.

You'll receive confirmation when your order is on its way, and delivery is always free.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment, Tamed Earth ships within the UK only.

I'm exploring international delivery options and hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future. If you're based outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, please get in touch.

What is your return policy? 

I hope you'll love your jewellery, but if you're not completely happy, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact me before returning your order so I can provide return instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
